{"id":168,"date":"2024-07-01T08:38:17","date_gmt":"2024-07-01T08:38:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sw-themes.com\/porto_dummy\/?p=168"},"modified":"2024-07-14T16:27:02","modified_gmt":"2024-07-14T16:27:02","slug":"mango-tiramisu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/orders.greenuniversemena.com\/?p=168","title":{"rendered":"Mango Tiramisu"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h1><strong>Mango Tiramisu<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 ripe mangoes, peeled and pureed<\/li>\n<li>\u00a01 ripe mango, peeled and sliced (for layering and garnish)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a01 cup mango juice (or any fruit juice of your choice)<\/li>\n<li>1 cup heavy whipping cream<\/li>\n<li>\u00a01 cup mascarpone cheese<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup powdered sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 package of ladyfinger biscuits (savoiardi)<\/li>\n<li>Mint leaves (for garnish)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepare the Mango Puree:<br \/>\n&#8211; Peel and puree 2 ripe mangoes until smooth. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Prepare the Cream Mixture:<br \/>\n&#8211; In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.<br \/>\n&#8211; Add the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the whipped cream. Continue to whip until the mixture is smooth and well combined.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Assemble the Tiramisu:<br \/>\n&#8211; Dip each ladyfinger biscuit into the mango juice quickly (to avoid them becoming too soggy) and arrange a layer at the bottom of a serving dish or individual dessert cups.<br \/>\n&#8211; Spread a layer of the mascarpone cream mixture over the ladyfingers.<br \/>\n&#8211; Add a layer of mango puree over the cream mixture.<br \/>\n&#8211; Repeat the layers (ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, mango puree) until you reach the top of the dish or cups.
