Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup mango juice (or orange juice)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
- 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
- A few ice cubes
Instructions:
- Prepare the Mango:
- Peel and chop the mangoes into small pieces. - Blend the Ingredients:
- In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, mango juice, yogurt, milk, and honey (if using).
- Add a few ice cubes to the blender for a chilled smoothie. - Blend Until Smooth:
- Blend all the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more juice or milk to reach your desired consistency. - Serve:
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
