 Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

  •  2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  •  1 cup mango juice (or orange juice)
  •  1/2 cup plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
  •  1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
  •  1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
  •  A few ice cubes

 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mango:
    - Peel and chop the mangoes into small pieces.
  2. Blend the Ingredients:
    - In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, mango juice, yogurt, milk, and honey (if using).
    - Add a few ice cubes to the blender for a chilled smoothie.
  3.  Blend Until Smooth:
    - Blend all the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more juice or milk to reach your desired consistency.
  4. Serve:
    - Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
